We placed our house in Ballinteer on the market in March and at the first viewing Vinnie had secured nearly 30 parties to view - the neighbours couldn't believe it!  After a few false starts which were efficiently managed, we achieved our asking price within only a couple of weeks. We felt encouraged and that the team were acting always in our best interests to maximise the value of the property. As we found out there is a long road even after securing the offer, but this was always managed in a friendly and efficient way. I recently sold a property in Dublin 14 which involved a court order due to a separation. Selling the house was quite distressing but also involved a lot of legal hassle with my partner & attempts to obstruct the sale of the house - which was all very embarrassing at the time.
