The Urban Market is an exciting new concept that was designed by Lee Bradshaw from RTE's The Restaurant. It is a modern farmers market with a twist, bringing a rural farmers market into the heart of Dublin's Irish Financial Services Centre business district.

The Urban Market will also accommodate a restaurant, cookery school, tv show, live music venue and a host of cafe/ food kiosks and complimentary stalls i.e home ware and dining/ food related products as well as arts and crafts kiosks. This is a unique opportunity to rent a small cafe/restaurant, food outlet or small kiosk shop/stall in the LMS Building on North Wall Quay.

Urban Market will offer local food traders & producers a kiosk at an all inclusive rate, including all their daily expenses i.e. rates, electricity, heating, insurance, advertising & marketing etc. We're essentially cutting out "the middle man", working on a more competitive rate for the food producer so we can offer a better price in return to the consumer as well as actively marketing and promoting their food produce and products.

The different retail units will vary in size from a 10 - 20 sq.m. stall, 30 - 60 sq.m. shop unit up to a 93 sq.m. shop/ restaurant premises. The total rent will be €1,000 per sq.m. per annum.

Urban Market food customers can buy and eat fresh local food produce from the on site modern farmers market in the 1st floor cafe/restaurant in a relaxed environment, overlooking the Docklands and river Liffey. Car parking and small shopping trollies will be available for visitors so that they can peruse the shops in their own time and relax and enjoy the restaurants, cafes and the unique Urban Market experience.
