Administration/Office Manager

Join Vincent Finnegan Auctioneers. With over 60 years experience in residential and commercial property sales and lettings, we are one of the longest established agents in South Dublin. Due to expansion and the opening of our Dun Laoghaire office we are now seeking a suitably qualified office manager. If you are the person we're looking for, you will be friendly, confident, responsive and a fast learner. We consider administration to be a pivotal role in our company and please do not apply unless you have at least 5 years experience in a senior role in a dynamic, fast-paced office.

Ideally you will be:
Organised, efficient and enthusiastic about what you do.
Proactive and have the ability to work to tight deadlines
You will have pride in your work and possess excellent communication skills
A flair for multi-tasking as the role is demanding
Advanced IT skills as we use a range of software packages

This role will involve:
Dealing with the general public, professionals and clients
Liaising with our sales agents and other team members
Organising diary appointments
 Updating our in-house database with up to the minute information
Preparing and typing letters, presentations and reports
Preparation of newspaper adverts to tight deadlines
All other general office/admin duties

Location: Dundrum and Dun Laoghaire
Payment: Negotiable and DOE

Experienced Residential Sales Negotiator
New role for an experienced negotiator to join our expanding south Dublin office.

Skills Required
Strong planning and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
Adaptability and flexibility, able to respond quickly to changing demands, processes and updated information.
Excellent communication skills with ability to report in a clear and confident manner.
Must hold a full clean driving licence and own vehicle.

The role involves property inspection, valuing and completing reports on same.
